Caseload privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-13. This policy covers the Caseload app for iOS and Android, made by Qyran.
The short version
Caseload does not collect, store on servers, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising and no analytics in the game.
What stays on your device
Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. We cannot see or recover them.
Purchases
If the game offers a purchase, the payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only a confirmation that the purchase happened, never your name, card or account details.
Sharing results
When you choose to share a result, the game hands a short text or image to your phone’s share sheet. Where it goes is up to you; it does not pass through our servers.
Children
Caseload does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version adds anything that handles personal data, such as optional ads or crash reports, we will update this page before that version is released and change the effective date above.
